This was the very first time that Clendon Park School and Rowandale School came together to celebrate our wonderful Samoan Language Week. Faafetai lava to all the teachers and parents who came to support Clendon Park School and we look forward to join forces with you again.

Rowandale School has been working really hard to learn our new Rowandale Samoan Sasa.

Everyday this week students from our Pasifika Group would go in pairs to each class to teach them our Sasa.

The whole school then performed it at our School Assembly. Take a look!

This video was shown at our last School Assembly. Our Rowandale Culture Group are fundraising to attend the Wellington Kapokapo Culture Festival in June.

We are very grateful for all your wonderful support.

Pasifika Language Weeks 2015

This year Rowandale is Proud to celebrate the different Pacific Language weeks.

Each Pacific Language week will have an organised programme where there will be different activities for students and teachers to 
participate in.

We look forward to sharing our Pacific Island 
Treasures with you.

Pasifika Fiafia Night and Supper Plate Fundraiser

Please come and help support our Rowandale School Pasifika and Kapahaka Groups fundraise for their trip to the Kapokapo Festival in Wellington.

There will be a special performance from the School Pasifika Group to celebrate our Samoan Language Week. This will be followed by a Disco.
